That’s actually a CE. Only the CE had a whip antenna. LE and XLE had them in the glass.

When I was in college, I worked with a guy who had one with like 300,000 miles on it. It sounded bad, it looked bad, it ran in spite of him. I remember he ran the fuel tank down to empty then commuted 3 more days on it. That thing was basically fuel by satan worship.

That’s extremely similar to the ‘96 Accord I drove in college. I didn’t have the mudflaps, but had several stickers, and always a roof rack. Black steelies for my snow tires, too. And a CB radio because I drove cross-country a lot and actually used it... and more things I’m sure I’m forgetting.

That’s really not a bad look for kind of a “meh” looking car - rack, flaps, trunk spoiler, exhaust. My uncle had a white one of those for a while - drove it to North Dakota and back every summer for years.
